So, why is a science-geek, to-be-surgeon(crosses fingers), uber loser doing in this corner of the internet? I'm not sure, either. I guess I've always been somewhat of an "artsy" person. I love music, writing, art, self-expression, colors, shapes, sounds, the list goes on and on.

Art - the all encompassing form of the word - is my way to express myself. It's a creative outlet where I can escape for a few minutes or hours of my day and just... be. There's really nothing else to it. My work is for myself; I'm not a professional by any means and don't claim to be.
